1 用途 Application
氣動(dòng)單極隔離開(kāi)關(guān)，用于無(wú)電壓無(wú)負(fù)荷的情況下接通和轉(zhuǎn)換線路。
Pneumatic controlled single pole isolated switch is used to switch on and convert circuit under
the condition of no voltage and loads.
2 安裝運(yùn)行地區(qū)的環(huán)境條件 The condition of installing and operating environment
2.1 安裝運(yùn)行地區(qū)及周圍不應(yīng)有腐蝕性的氣體或蒸汽，無(wú)電導(dǎo)性或爆炸性塵埃。
Neither corrosive gas such as acid gas, alkali gas nor steam is allowed in the ambient air.
No blast or inflammable peril is allowed.
2.2 安裝場(chǎng)所無(wú)劇烈機(jī)械震動(dòng)。
No acutely vibration, jol is allowed.
2.3 海拔高度：不超過(guò)1000米。
Altitude of installation place is not more than 1 km.
2.4 環(huán)境空氣溫度：戶內(nèi) -25（-40）～+50℃。
Ambient air temperature range is -25（-40）～+50℃ indoor.
2.5 空氣的相對(duì)濕度不高于90％。
The relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%.
2.6 適用頻率: 50～200 Hz。
Application of frequency is 50～200 Hz.
3 氣動(dòng)單極隔離開(kāi)關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)介 Brief introduction
3.1 開(kāi)關(guān)的絕緣支柱全部采用大爬距的瓷質(zhì)支柱，12kV電壓的產(chǎn)品其絕緣支柱采用環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂壓鑄型。絕
緣拉桿采用帶硅橡膠傘群的環(huán)氧布棒。
Insulators of switch all used porcelain surrport which has large creep distance, 12kV voltage grade using epoxy resin pressure casting. The insulating pull rod is used epoxy rod with a silicon rubber umbrella group.
3.2 U型觸板、導(dǎo)電桿和接線端子全部采用型材制造，并進(jìn)行表面處理。其接觸方式為線接觸，它能保證接觸
良好、減小操作力和提高轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的靈活性。
U type touch panel, a conductive rod and and all terminals are used section bar manufacturing,
and it's surface treated. The contact's mode is line, it can ensure the contact good, reduces the operating force and increase the rotation flexibility.
3.3 氣缸采用無(wú)需潤(rùn)滑的國(guó)產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)氣缸，免去用戶在使用時(shí)需要定期在油霧器中注入潤(rùn)滑油。
The cylinder without lubrication has high-quality, and is not required to use regularly in the oil mist into the lubricating oil.
4 氣動(dòng)單極隔離開(kāi)關(guān)工作原理
The working principle of single pole pneumatic isolated switch
氣動(dòng)單極隔離開(kāi)關(guān)根據(jù)不同的電壓及電流的大小，配用不同的氣缸來(lái)進(jìn)行操作，使之達(dá)到分、合閘
的目的。氣缸上均配有調(diào)速接頭，可調(diào)整開(kāi)關(guān)的分、合閘速度，在調(diào)速接頭上有連接氣路管子的連接頭，只要
將相應(yīng)直徑的管子插入即可。
Each switch depending on the voltage and current level with different cylinder drive, so as to achieve the points, closing the purpose. Cylinder equipped with speed control connector is used to adjust the switching points, closing speed in the speed connector equipped air pipe connector, as long as the corresponding diameter of the tube can be inserted.
